At Creating Classics we are committed to creating quality services, unique to each individual client’s needs. Our experienced technicians utilize their vast education while maintaining the highest professionalism with class.


We value our clients and strive to provide quality services at all times. We would like to reinforce the following salon policies:


-There are NO EXCEPTIONS for late arrivals or a “no show” for your scheduled appointment. Please do not call the salon to inquire if you can still come. Your appointment will automatically be cancelled and a $52 fee will be applied to your next appointment. 


-Arrive at your appointment ON TIME, not early, to allow time for cleaning between clients.


-Walk-ins are NOT accepted.


-When booking online, please select ALL services needed for your appointment including ‘Shampoo & Style’ with the exception of relaxer services. Additional services will NOT be added the day of your appointment.


-When scheduling appointments always book in the half hour 9:30, 10:30, 11:30.

Salon Phone/Messages:

-When calling the salon, please leave a clear, detailed message with the nature of your call (e.g., add to waitlist, etc.) along with your contact number. Any hair concerns should be communicated within 24 hours after your service. Also, do not leave multiple messages.


-If you want to be placed on the waiting/cancellation list, please call the salon Monday the week of.  


-No children are allowed in the salon unless they’re being serviced


-No speaker phone and/or loud talking


-No phone usage while being serviced


-Please do not bring excessive personal items (i.e., large purses, totes, backpacks etc.) in the salon due to lack of space.
